Anthony R. Sacco (Tony)
Tony is a cofounder of Spartan and Director of Marketing and Business Operations. He has over 25 years of experience
in research, engineering, sales and management positions with companies serving industrial and governmental clients.
Prior to forming Spartan, Tony held several senior management positions at ELTECH Systems Corporation, including
Director of Marketing and General Manager of Business Units. He also spent five years in the battery materials industry
with RPM Ventures, L.L.C. At RPM, Tony advanced from Director of Sales and Marketing to General Manager of the
company.
Tony has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA from Cleveland State
University. He has also been awarded five US patents primarily for products in the water treatment industry. Tony is a
member of the International Ozone Association and the AWWA.
