STERILINE - The STERILINE is a packaged system for producing
ozonated water primarily for applications involving human consumption or
contact such as food, beverage and drinking water applications.  It
includes a contact/degassing tank, air dryer, venturi injector, ozone
destruct system and pump.  All parts in contact with the water are
stainless steel.

WWD - The WWD is similar to the STERILINE, but produces more ozone
and uses a PVC contact/degassing tank.  It is intended for industrial and
wastewater applications.

OZOLINE - The OZOLINE is intended for human consumption or contact
applications similar to those of the STERILINE, but only includes and
ozone generator, air dryer and injection system.  It does not include the
ozone destroyer or contact/degassing tank

Ozone Generator for Water Treatment
The OZOLINE and STERILINE equipment is designed to prepare controlled quality water for disinfection and washing of:

  • Bottles and containers
  • Food, chemical, pharmaceutical circuits
  • Ultra pure water circuits
  • Swimming pools
  • Drinking water
  • Foodstuffs

Applications for the WWD include:

  • Small community sewage disinfection systems
  • Industrial wastewater treatment for COD/BOD removal
  • Cooling Towers

The advantages offered by ozonation include:

  • Fast disinfection of bacteria, viruses and spores (up to 3,000 times faster than chlorine) with shorts periods of
    contact,
  • Color, odor and taste are reduced and in come cases eliminated
  • Effectiveness over a wide range of temperatures and pH
  • Does not form harmful by products
  • Does not create unpleasant odors
  • Quickly oxidizes organic impurities
