SGP Description
SGP ozone generators are a new line of ozonizers
that are easy to use with a low initial investment.
Ozone is produced by drawing in ambient air,
compressing it and converting it to ozone via the
corona discharge process.
This new line of ozone generators is fully
assembled and factory tested. It comes as a self
contained unit with a built in compressor, air drier
and controls.
If cooling water at 15-20°C is not available, a
cooling water subsystems can be added to the unit.

After production, ozone must be introduced into the contact system (or process). This can
be usually done with diffusers or with ejectors
.
An ejector is used when the counter pressure is higher then that of the ozone generator.
The residual ozone not reacted must be destroyed by an ozone destroying system, to
remove the ozone that was not transferred to the process in the contact basin.
